This partnership allows us to conduct thorough background checks, credit history verification, and tenant referencing. They also use an AI software to check documents, which has saved over £47,000,000 in potential unpaid rent in 2023 alone by identifying fraudulent documents. If tenants or guarantors have ever been involved in fraud, they will likely be on the CIFAS database, and we will conduct additional checks to minimise risks for you.

Our home concierge team organises luxury services on behalf of tenants, we're partnered with chauffeurs, private chefs, cleaners, and more to meet their needs. Each tenant is assigned a personal property manager to address their issues and build customer rapport. Once collected, we disburse the rent directly to your designated bank account, typically within a few business days. This streamlined process ensures you receive your rental income promptly and without hassle.
Our fee structure is transparent and straightforward. For Let Only services, we charge a one-time fee of 8% of the annual rent. For Let and Rent Collection services, the fee is 10% of the monthly rent. Our Managed service is 6% of the monthly rent, and our Fully Managed service is 15% of the monthly rent.

While our fees cover most services, additional charges may apply for inventory, check ins, optional services, and other specific requests. All potential costs are clearly outlined in our Terms of Business to ensure there are no hidden surprises.
